2. Customize Each Print: Choose whether each photo is Print Only or Print & Frame, pick your preferred size, and set quantities.
3. Review Total & Pay: Check your running total, transfer the exact amount to our official Mobile Money (MoMo) number, and tick the confirmation box.
4. Order Reference: Quoting your unique order reference code on your MoMo transaction helps our team verify and process your prints faster!
Production & Turnaround Times
– Instant Same-Day Production: Standard sizes such as 4×6 in and 6×8 in are eligible for instant same-day studio processing.
– 2-Day Standard Production: Larger photo prints, specialty paper, and custom frame assemblies require 2 business days for quality production and delivery.
File Guidelines & Quality Notice
– File Formats: Only high-quality .JPG, .JPEG, and .PNG files are accepted.
– Resolution: Please ensure photos are uploaded at full resolution. Low-resolution, blurry, or heavily pixelated files may affect the final print quality.
– Privacy: All uploaded photos are handled securely for fulfillment purposes only and deleted in accordance with data retention policies.
